Dehydration

Can dehydration cause allergic reactions and asthma?

That is true. Once the body becomes dehydrated, histamine starts to restrict water. In turn this causes histamine levels to rise further and as a result allergic reactions take place and the immune system is lower.  Where asthma sufferers are concerned, chronic dehydration initiate a histamine secretion that causes bronchial constraint and possible infection.
